The Objective.

Establish CAS Trips as a credible, values-led education travel brand with a clear identity, scalable marketing infrastructure, and consistent growth in program bookings. The initial goal was to create a strong brand foundation and drive enrolment. Over time, the focus evolved into building long-term visibility, trust with educators, and sustainable growth across multiple markets.

Our Approach.

Rupp began working with CAS Trips in 2018, supporting the organization through a full rebrand and continuing as a long-term strategic and implementation partner across marketing, communications, and growth.

In the first year of collaboration, we led a complete rebrand of CAS Trips — redefining brand positioning, visual identity, messaging, and tone of voice. This was supported by a new website and a suite of marketing materials, including brochures and digital assets, designed to professionalize the brand and clarify its offering to schools and educators. Alongside the rebrand, we developed and implemented a targeted email marketing strategy, focusing on audience segmentation, content relevance, and consistent communication. Within the first year, this approach resulted in a 100% increase in trip bookings, laying the foundation for long-term growth.

Since then, our role has evolved into an ongoing strategic partnership. We support CAS Trips annually with marketing strategy, content planning, email campaigns, website development, and PR. We work closely with internal teams to adapt messaging, optimize performance, and respond to changing market conditions. Rather than one-off campaigns, the focus has been on building a sustainable, flexible marketing system that supports continuous growth, strengthens relationships with educators, and reinforces CAS Trips’ values-driven mission.
